Celebrate
Mitzvot are good deeds, acts of kindness, helpfulness or respect, that the children show towards each other, at home or in nursery.
They form the core of our Positive Behaviour Policy, catching the children doing it right. Children are asked daily, at snack time for any Mitzvot they have done. Teachers are always on the lookout, ready to notice and celebrate. We do this through singing about the child, recording the Mitzva and displaying it on our Mitzva Tree.
Where possible, especially at the Shabbat party, we share the Mitzvot with the parents, who also tell us of good deeds their child has done at home.
This unique emphasis truly Celebrates the Sparkle in Each Child, like nothing else!!
